Hello U.C.R. family and friends, 

On behalf of MEChA of UC Riverside and the Chicano Student Programs I would like to extend an invitation to join us in experiencing a film presentation and workshop by a friend of mine who will be visiting the UC Riverside campus this Wednesday. 

Simon Sedillo is a grass-roots community defense organizer, a film maker, and a contributing writer for Indymedia. For the last 6 years he has been living in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico along with Indigenous, campesino, and community defense collectives where he provides media resources so they can produce documentaries based on their lives and political struggles.
