Hi all--

It occurs to me that it's silly not to open up these class
screenings to everyone in the MFA, since the room is big
enough. Every Tuesday night from 7 on there will be a noir
double feature.

Tomorrow (or today, if you get this in the morning) I will be
screening "Phantom Lady," directed by Robert Siodmak from a
story by Cornell Woolrich, and "Gilda" directed by Charles
Vidor, starring the great Rita Hayworth.

It's a great experience to see these movies on the big screen,
rather than late night on the tube.
