Dear CHASS Graduate Students,

The Graduate Student Association would like to remind you that we are STILL
accepting proposals for presentations and posters for the GSA Graduate
Student Research Conference on Saturday, 17 February 2007.

INPUT:OUTPUT
A Graduate Conference Examining Energy, Production & Consumption

Don't feel obligated to propose a presentation that incorporates every
aspect of this year's title.  Focusing on only 2 of the 3 components will be
sufficient; as long as it relates to the theme of Input and Output!

Abstracts should be up to 250 words and sent via Email to:
InputOutputUCR at gmail.com

Specify whether your proposal is for a panel, poster, or presentation.
Please include departmental affiliation and a one sentence summary with
submission.

Submissions are due by WEDNESDAY, 31 JANUARY 2007

This is a free event complete with FREE breakfast, lunch, and evening
reception.  There are also CASH PRIZES for the best posters, panels, and
presentations from each of the colleges!

Invited guest speaker for this year's conference is renowned comedian JORGE
CHAM (www.phdcomics.com).  An autograph session with Jorge will follow his
presentation during the evening reception.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Lauren Schwartz (GSA

We encourage you to INPUT and submit a proposal and share your research with
the rest of the UCR graduate community!
