[Cwgrad-announcements] Update -- Neil's Feature Moved to Tuesday Dec 13

Due to a calendar conflict with the venue, Neil's poetry feature
(originally next week) has been moved to the following week -- the new
date is Tuesday Dec 13.  Still at the same time.  Still at the
Neighborhood Cup in Aliso Viejo.
