Next week we will kick off winter quarter of the BPSC Seminar series with a talk on Weds, Jan 10 by Marco Todesco from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Marco’s research is focused on understanding the molecular basis of plant adaptation and over the years has studied the molecular basis of disease resistance and autoimmunity in Arabidopsis thaliana, the basis of adaptive traits in sunflower, and the basis of domestication and improvement traits in cannabis.
