Hi Everyone,

I want to clarify the proposed actions for next week.  We will vote on additional step for Dave Nelson’s promotion to Full and Linda Walling’s advance to Step VI.  These should not necessarily be considered accelerations as the email below indicates.  For promotion files, we are asked to make a recommendation for placement, based on the overall record.  An acceleration would consider only materials since the last merit advance, which is a bit different.  We can discuss this at the faculty meeting.

If you can’t attend the meeting on Monday, please vote in advance, and let me know your reason for not being able to attend.  The ballots links are below.

To review the Snapshot, log in to the eFileplus system with your UCR Net ID and Password at the following address: https://efileplus.ucr.edu<https://efileplus.ucr.edu/> (or through RSpace).

1. Once logged in, you will see an “Awaiting Review” icon (called a tile). Click this icon to proceed to the Snapshot(s) waiting for your review.
2. In the Candidate Reviews screen, click the 3 dot icon to open the menu and choose “edit”.
3. View the “Overview” tab to review the electronic file. Documents that are available to you will be listed in the
     Documents tab. Adhoc letter for Linda Walling can be found under the documents tab, Sean Cutlers will be uploaded shortly.
4. For Faculty Reviewers, the Snapshot is reviewed online, but there are no actions to take.
