[CITL] Nominations for UC Women Who Rock IT Article

Dear Colleagues,



The UC Womxn in Technology (WIT) committee has asked for each campus to
submit a “UC Womxn Rock IT” story, *highlighting the outstanding technology
contributions of either one woman or one team of women*. UC WIT plans to
feature each campus’ story in an upcoming article that will be shared UC
-wide.



We know that at UC Riverside the contributions of women in technology are
considerable, and not limited to staff within ITS. Please feel free to *share
with others in your UCR network* to help ensure we’re capturing important
stories about the women in tech on our campus.



The UCR WIT Steering Committee will review all nominations and select
*one* woman’s/team’s
story to send forward to UC WIT for the UC-wide article. However, our local
chapter plans to use *all* submissions to highlight UCR women in tech via
campus channels.

pm on Friday, March 21*. If you have any questions or concerns about the
form, please contact Teri Eckman.
