Greetings,

The 2025 UC Tech Annual Conference, happening in-person on June 25-27,
unites colleagues across the UC system to share diverse experiences and
engage in meaningful dialogue that drives positive change for our campuses.
We want your ideas to spark the discussion at our 2025 event!

Inspired by the passionate IT community at the UC, this year’s theme
<https://uctech2025.ucr.edu/theme>, Innovate. Integrate. Inspire.
Transforming Higher Ed Through Technology, encourages us to take proactive
steps in addressing challenges and opportunities of the evolving landscape
across higher education, health, and technology.
Get started on your proposal today!

Whether you’re a first-time or seasoned presenter, we welcome your
submission. If you're planning a Birds of a Feather meeting, please skip to
the next section. Otherwise, review the information below to prepare your
proposal:

   -

   Identify a program track <https://uctech2025.ucr.edu/program-tracks>.
   -

   Choose a presentation format
   <https://uctech2025.ucr.edu/present-uc-tech-2025>.
   -

   Determine the skill level of your session.


Proposals will be reviewed by our Program Committee and UC Tech
Ambassadors. Learn
more about the selection process
<https://uctech2025.ucr.edu/present-uc-tech-2025>. Applicants will be
notified of proposal status in early April.
Ready? Submit your proposal by March 27.

Choose the appropriate submission method based on your presentation format:

   -

   Panel, Presentation, or Poster session: Submit a proposal through the online
   submission form <http://uctech2025.ucr.edu/propose-session>. To ensure
   an unbiased review, please remove any campus identifiers prior to
   submission.
   -

   Birds of a Feather meeting: Simply email your topic to uctech2025 at ucr.edu.
   You do not need to complete a proposal or the online submission form.
   -

   The deadline for all submissions is 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, March 27.
