[CITL] ServiceNow Upgrade to Xanadu is now complete.

Dear ITS Staff and Partners,

Please share this communication with your ORG/Department users.

We are pleased to announce that the ServiceNow upgrade to Xanadu is now
complete and was successful! The upgrade, which began on February 14, 2025,
at 10:00 PM (PST) and has concluded on February 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM (PST).
Thank you for your patience during the upgrade window. We appreciate your
understanding regarding the potential service interruptions.

We also want to thank those of you who participated in the User Acceptance
Testing (UAT) from February 6th to 13th. Your feedback was invaluable in
ensuring a smooth transition.

As a reminder, if you encounter any issues that you believe are related to
the upgrade, please report them using the "Upgrade Related" option on this
