[CITL] CITL Update

Dear CITL,

I am writing to let you know that we've decided to wind down and end the
Campus IT Leaders meeting series.

I want to acknowledge the significant value that CITL has provided in the
past, serving as an important forum for encouraging engagement and
collaboration among IT groups across campus. Your contributions have been
instrumental in fostering a sense of community and shared purpose at UCR.

However, with the campus's transition to a new IT governance model, much of
the engagement and collaboration that CITL previously facilitated is now
effectively occurring through the various advisory boards that are integral
to this new governance structure. So, in an effort to limit the number of
meetings and duplicate engagements, this change makes the most sense.

We will continue to keep the CITL email list active however for
communication on system changes or other important notifications.

Thank you all for your dedicated participation and contributions over the
years. Your efforts have been greatly appreciated.
