Dear colleagues,

Registration is now open for the 2025 UC Tech Annual Conference, to be held
in-person at Riverside from June 25-27! This year’s theme, Innovate.
Integrate. Inspire., encourages attendees to embrace technology as a
catalyst for transformation as we tackle a rapidly evolving landscape.

Look forward to an amazing lineup of sessions, networking opportunities,
and discussions that will spark innovation and inspire growth towards a
more vibrant future in higher education, research, and patient care.

Here are a few things to keep in mind before you register:

   The registration fee for this year’s conference is $300 and includes all
   three days of the in-person only event. Learn more about what is
   included in the registration fee.

   Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee, and
   will need to be secured separately. Choose a hotel within our discounted

   See the tentative conference program

   at what you can expect from the event.

   Proposals have been evaluated and submitters are starting to receive a
   status update email. If your proposal was accepted, be sure to confirm your
   intention to present. Once we receive this confirmation, we will send you
   an email with your complimentary registration code. Only the primary
   presenter has their registration fee waived.
   -

   Additional roles eligible for complimentary registration

   will also be sent an email with their code to register.

   After you complete the registration form, you will receive two emails:
   one confirming your registration and the other confirming your payment.
