[CITL] ServiceNow Will Undergo a Planned Maintenance from March 22 to 24, 2024

Dear CITL Partners,

Please be advised of an upcoming maintenance to ServiceNow, taking
place on March
22, 2024 at 11:30 PM to March 24, 2024 at 5:00 PM (PDT).

During the maintenance window campus users should expect to experience
service degradation. This planned maintenance is required to upgrade the
current version of ServiceNow that is nearing end of life.

The maintenance event date and time were selected to ensure minimal
potential impact to campus operations and events.
