[CITL] CAS/Shib QA Environment Switch to DUO Universal Prompt on March 6, 2024

Dear Colleagues,

On March 6, 2024 (Wednesday), the CAS/Shib QA environment will switch over
to DUO Universal Prompt. This change is taking place in preparation for the
campus-wide launch of DUO Universal Prompt on March 25th.

As such, please let us know if you run into any issues interacting with the
CAS/Shib QA environment while using your non-production environments. You
can do so either by replying to this email or via the slack channel
cas-shib-upgrade-go-live.
