[CITL] Upcoming CAS/Shib Upgrade on Sunday, February 25th.

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to inform you about the upcoming CAS/Shib upgrade scheduled
for Sunday, February 25th.

As part of the Go Live plan, immediately after the upgrade, we will be
validating Single Sign On (SSO) functionality for critical core campus
applications. Please let us know by Friday if your application falls into
the critical category and you would like to participate in the verification
on Sunday around 3:15pm.
