[CITL] Upcoming Maintenance to ITS Website, ServiceNow Portal, and TechAlerts Webpage

Dear CITL Members,

Please be advised of upcoming maintenance to the ITS Drupal website, ServiceNow portal, and TechAlerts webpage, taking place from 10 PM on Friday, October 28, 2022, until 3 PM on Saturday, October 29, 2022.

No disruption to these services is expected but users should be advised of the potential for disruption as changes will be made to these services during the maintenance window.

This planned maintenance is required to deploy the new ITS Campus User Experience. More information about this effort can be found on the ITS blog<https://its.ucr.edu/blog/2022/10/20/making-it-possible-ucr-new-campus-user-experience>. The maintenance event date and time were selected to ensure minimal potential impact to campus operations and events.
