[CITL] Notice: Upcoming Quarterly (Q3) SQL Server Database Maintenance (bug fixes and security updates)

Dear CITL Members,

Please be advised of upcoming maintenance to SQL Server databases, taking place from 10 pm - mid-night on 28th October, 2022.

During the maintenance window campus users should expect to experience disruption. Databases will go down.

This planned maintenance is required to apply bug fixes and critical database security updates and keep our databases secure from vulnerabilities.

The maintenance event date and time were selected to ensure minimal potential impact to campus operations and events.
