[CITL] GlobalProtect VPN Update

Dear CITL Members,
Please be advised of an update to the GlobalProtect VPN, taking place at *10
PM on Monday, January 31, 2022*.
Please note that users will be prompted to update the GlobalProtect client
on their machine at the start of the next VPN session, and will continue to
receive the prompt at login until they upgrade to the current version.
This client software update is required to address security advisories as
well as resolve several software bugs present in previous versions of the
GlobalProtect agent software.
