[CITL] Campus inquiry regarding Codecov

ITS / ISO is polling our campus IT partners to find out if any campus unit is utilizing Covecov (codecov.io) for their application development.

Please send email directly to jonathan.ocab at ucr.edu indicating whether you do or do not utilize Codecov in your department. Note that this is part of a development stack, so it is possible academic units may have developers and researchers using Codecov if they are writing applications.
