I'm happy to share that the 2022-23 Chicano Latino Alumni Scholarship application is now open with an October 7th deadline. The application can also be found on the Alumni website<https://alumni.ucr.edu/scholarships> under the Chicano Latino Alumni Scholarship section.


The Building Conexiones Mentorship Program is a year-long program designed to provide professional and career development opportunities for UCR Chicano Latino identified transfer students attending UC Riverside. The mentor program allows alumni to share their professional and personal experience and expertise with current UCR transfer students with a cultural lens. As a result, students will be paired with an Alumnus that has similar interests and career goals. The connections made in the program will help prepare our students for a successful future, navigate uncertainty, and leave a lasting impact on our campus community. The Building Conexiones Mentorship & Program is in partnership with Chicano Student Programs, UCR Chicano Latino Alumni, Raza Assembly, and Cardenas Market.
