I'm sharing this important information from Harvest for your review.
Departments have until Friday, December 5 to complete TA appointments in TA
online. They must include the acceptances by this date for Harvest to
process them. After December 5, appointments are considered late
and departments must submit them directly via the snapshot tool.

Dear Department Administrators & Grad Student Coordinators,

This is a friendly reminder that the *cut-off date for Winter graduate
student submissions is this Friday, December 5th*.

Any documents uploaded *after the cut-off* will require a *snapshot to be
submitted*. While our team will do our best to process them, we cannot
guarantee that late submissions will be completed in UCPath on time,
especially with the upcoming holiday blackout dates.

A big thank you to the departments that have been diligent in submitting
their transactions on time. Your efforts help keep everything running
smoothly. For those who have not yet started submitting, please do so as
soon as possible. *Last-minute submissions create significant challenges
and can result in delays for your grad student employees*. We appreciate
your cooperation in meeting this deadline.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out as soon as
possible.

Thank you for your attention and partnership in making this process
