Hello Dr. Anderson!

My name is Madeleine Haddad, and I am a CNAS Science Ambassador
<https://scienceambassadors.ucr.edu/>. I am wondering if you, or one of
your students or colleagues, would be interested in helping us out on one
of our projects. Based on your research in ecology and freshwater systems,
I think your lab would be a good fit for this opportunity.

We are involved with coaching middle school students so they can compete in
the Science Olympiad Competition <https://www.soinc.org/>. *We still need a
volunteer coach for the Dynamic Planet event* (attached below), which
focuses on the processes which change the Earth, specifically fresh water
systems. The commitment involves coaching 3-4 middle school students in
person or virtually for one hour per week until February or March 2023.

Would you be able to help us out with this or forward this opportunity
along to someone who may be interested? This is a great opportunity for
