Good afternoon, everyone!

CNPS is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our senior leadership
team! We’re seeking a *Director of Education & Horticulture* to lead
innovative programs that connect people with native plants, advance our
urban biodiversity campaign, and support inclusive education, horticulture,
and community science initiatives across California.

This strategic role will guide a talented team, foster cross-program
collaboration, and build coalitions with partners across sectors to
transform urban landscapes and deepen public engagement with native plants.

   - 📍 Location: *Hybrid position based in Sacramento* (must reside within
   ~100 miles)
