[CaTEACH-SMI] CSET Prep Reimbursement Program

CSET Preparation Course
Reimbursement Program

Fees for CSET Preparation Classes can be costly.  New policies and 
procedures have been established to
reimburse SMI students for taking CSET Preparation Courses.

To receive the financial benefits of this program, please follow 
these requirements:

1. Courses must be taken through the Accelerated Subject-Matter 
Acquisition Program (ASAP)

2. Complete and submit W-9 form to SMI Resource Center

3. Submit original receipt of course payment


SMI will contact the organization offering the CSET preparation 
courses to verify full attendance of the sessions.


**Only STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) 
majors involved with SMI are eligible for this test preparation
reimbursement incentive program. **
