2008                   First day to submit FAFSA (www.fafsa.ed.gov).
                                                 UCR school code 001316

·         February 1, 
2008                  Preliminary aid notices available for early FAFSA filers.

·         March 2, 2008                      UC 
postmark/submission priority date for FAFSA.

                                                 Postmark 
deadline to submit GPA Verification Form
                                                 to CSAC for Cal Grant.

·         March-May 2008                   Award 
notices are available online for new admitted
                                                 students.

·         May 1, 
2008                         Deadline to submit 
Statement of Intent to Registrar (SIR)
                                                 and 
scholarship terms acceptance form via MyUCR.

                                                 Deadline 
to submit any requested supplemental
                                                 information 
or documents to UCR (e.g., tax returns),
                                                 students 
can check their status online.

·         June 1, 
2008                        Priority deadline to submit Residence Hall housing
                                                 contract and first payment.

·         July 
2008                             UCR New Student 
Orientation and registration in
                                                 classes.

·         September 15, 2008             Fall 
fees are due, Fall aid is disbursed.

·         September 25, 2008             Fall instruction begins!
