We have reserved the TATA auditorium for Friday, September 27. Let me know as early as possible if we want to have the event on another day.  The auditorium is in high demand and the earlier we decide, the better.

Once we confirm the date, I will get UCSD junior faculty involved in planning the science program.

Greetings all,

As we gear up for the upcoming 2024 SoCal meeting at UCSD, I am writing to inquire about the most optimal meeting time.



I suggest two potential dates: Friday, September 27th, and Monday, September 30th. However, we can explore alternative dates in September or the beginning of October that may better suit the majority.



Please send an email to Ms. Bernie with your responses stating your preferred meeting times for the proposed dates or suggest alternative times in September or early October.  Once Ms. Bernie compiles the information, we will collectively choose the most favored option and proceed with contacting UCSD to secure the room reservation.
