Winter Holiday Closure Deadlines

I am writing to you with important deadlines for our administrative offices. Please read these deadlines carefully as the deadlines listed in this communication are final. Requests submitted after the deadlines outlined below may not be processed until campus reopens on January 4th. Please let me know if you have any questions and/or concerns.

December 14th -  December 18th

No orders will be processed during this time. ONLY orders that were submitted by December 4th (perishables) and November 30th (non-perishable) will be processed by tomorrow.

In order to prevent any deliveries during the campus closure we will not be processing orders during this time. Main campus receiving is still operating without their full staff and staggering orders will prevent a backlog of deliveries once campus reopens as well as prevent any packages to be lost by shipping carriers.

Receiving Services Deadlines

December 14 - last day to place orders for cylinders and Alcohol

December 16 - last day to place IDT orders

All orders must be submitted through the online forms found

at: https://cbs.ucr.edu/receivingloading-dock

December 21st -  January 3st

Winter Holiday Closure

There will be no personnel on campus present accepting packages during this time.
