[Biomed_grad_faculty] Important Reminder: Fall Quarter Enrollment Deadline (Enroll by Sept 14)

Good afternoon BMSC PhD Students,

As the start of the quarter approaches, the Graduate Division wants to remind everyone that all students must be enrolled in at least 12 units by September 14 to avoid delays in financial aid disbursements. The Banner system will verify enrollment on September 14 before scheduling disbursements.

Important Reminders:

  *   12-Unit Requirement: PhD students on fellowship or working as a TA or GSR must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units for their tuition and fees to be paid by the supporting entity.
  *   Self-Enrollment via R'Web: The administrative office no longer automatically enrolls students in courses. It is your responsibility to complete enrollment through R'Web every quarter.
  *   BMSC 297 & 299 Research Units: The office will only assist with enrollment for BMSC 297 and 299 due to variable unit counts. To request enrollment, please submit the BMSC 297 and 299 Enrollment Request Form<https://biomed.ucr.edu/forms-graduate-students> every quarter. (Note: If you submitted a request within the last month, I am currently processing it-thank you for your patience!)
