[Bgsa] Agenda for the EEOBGSA meeting this Friday

Hi everyone,

As you all know, the quarterly EEOBGSA meeting will be held this
Friday from 11:00 to noon in the Moore room.  I've attached an agenda
for the meeting.  This meeting will be particularly important for two
reasons.  First, we will be voting on an amendment to the EEOBGSA
constitution.  If this amendment passes, it will create a new officer
position: outreach coordinator. I've attached a copy of the proposed
amendment, so that you can look it over and decide before the meeting
how you want to vote.  If you cannot attend the meeting (due to the
time change), but you still wish to vote on the amendment, please send
me an email with your decision no later than this Friday by 10:00 AM.

In addition to the amendment, we will also be discussing nominations
for next year's officers.  I've attached a copy of the EEOBGSA
constitution, which details what the officer duties are.  Keep in mind
that, if the amendment passes, we will also be nominating people for
the new outreach coordinator position.  I will also accept nominations
via email for those unable to attend.
