[Bgsa] Voting

Dear EEOB folks,

Two quick things:

1) when voting for GSA representative - one is supposed to be able to choose
two people, however, one can only choose one.  So, just vote for your top
pick as GSA rep and we will give the top two people the GSA representative
positions.  Sorry about the kurfuffle.

2) VOTE!!
