[Bgsa] Disabled entry into Spieth West

This message is from Physical Plant regarding the disabled access 
entry into Spieth West:
The door has broken again. We had a contractor out and it cannot be 
fixed. We are in process of getting bid to replace the entire entry. 
As soon as the contracts department gets the three they need they 
will have it replaced.
