[Bgsa] Anyone willing to be an usher for Tim White's talk this Thursday?

Hi Everyone,

The folks at CNAS need students to help usher people in to Tim White's
talk this Thursday and help with microphones.  If you were willing to
volunteer, you'd need to show up at extension at 5pm (half an hour
before the seminar starts).  Anyway, if you would be willing to do
this, please send an email to Kim Hammond (kimberly.hammond at ucr.edu).

HI Carla,
Carol Lerner in the CNAS deans office has written asking if there are
EEOB Graduate students that might be interested in helping to usher
people in to Tim White's talk and help with microphones etc.  They
would have to show up to extension at 5pm.

Can you ask the students if they would be willing to do that?  I know
it is asking more of them, but they have been really helpful in the
past.
