[Bgsa] summer recycling

Hi all,

We need a few people to sign up for summer recycling.  This should be pretty easy given light numbers of people around to fill up the cans.. 

In fact, I will even go around and empty the bins if someone is just willing to volunteer and either help sort or drop off the recyclables.

Please let me know if you can help for June, July, or August! It should be a very minimal commitment.
