[Bgsa] Judges Needed! RIMS Science Fair - April 13

Hi Everyone,

There's one final science fair taking place on April 13.  It is the 
RIMS Science Fair for Riverside, Inyo, Mono and San Bernardino 
counties, so it's a big fair featuring all of the district winners 
from this year.  If you're interested in helping out, see the 
email below from Tracey Rivas.

You simply need to complete the form and send it back to Ms. 
Rivas.  Be sure to mention that Sonya Auer referred you.

Science Fair Judges,
 
Thank you for volunteering to serve as a judge at the RIMS 
Science and Engineering Fair.  You are confirmed to judge in 
the following:
 
Elementary, Junior, and/or Senior Divisions
 
This year's judging activities will take place on Tuesday, April 
13, 2010 in the Damus Building at the National Orange Show 
Fairgrounds, 689 South E Street, San Bernardino (map 
attached).
 
There will be a mandatory meeting for all judges prior to the 
start of each judging session.  The session will be held in the 
Dome Building.  The schedule for the day includes:
 
Elementary Division - Morning
Registration - 8 to 8:30 a.m.
Judges' Orientation - 8:30 to 9:15 a.m.
Judging - 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
 
Junior and/or Senior Division
Registration - 8 to 8:30 a.m.
Judges' Orientation - 8:30 to 9:15 a.m.
Judging - 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
 
Lunch will be served.
 
You are invited to attend the awards ceremony which will be 
held in the Citrus Building on Wednesday, April 14, 2010.  
The elementary division ceremony begins at 5:30 p.m., and 
the junior and senior division ceremony begins at 7:30 p.m.
 
If you have any questions or need additional information, 
please feel free to contact me.  If for some reason you are no 
longer available to judge for the Fair, we would appreciate 
you're letting us know.  Thank you!
