[Bgsa] Student Retreat Attendance

Hi All, 

Because the calendar at the James reserve fills up fast, I need to know if you will 
be able to attend the retreat on Saturday, November 14 so that I can schedule this 
with the reserve director as soon as possible. If you have already responded to me 
on this matter, please disregard this email. Otherwise, if you could let me know if 
you will be able to attend the retreat on November 14, I would be most 
appreciative.
