[Bgsa] Changes to Thanksgiving Potluck time and sign-up

Greetings:
Two important announcements regarding this year's Thanksgiving Potluck:

1. We have changed the start time for the Potluck to NOON accommodate 
staff and faculty who have more restricted schedules.

2. Everyone who signs up for the Potluck will be given a ticket for 
the buffet line. If you have signed up, come by at your convenience 
and pick up your ticket from EV, Jon or Mi Kyong.
