[Bgsa] Introducing our next Recycling Coordinator

FYI: This October, Rebecca Swab will be taking over from Bre as the
organizer of our recycling effort.  She’ll likely be doing this for a year
before handing it over to the next volunteer.  When you get a chance, please
thank her for taking this on, and, even more important, make her job easy by
signing up to do recycling sometime during the coming year!
