Due to a shortage of lab prep student help on the day of the Potluck, 
11/16, we need to have some volunteers to help with the following:

Pre: Anytime between 8:30 and 11:30 - especially between 9:30 - 11:00 .

1. Carving Turkeys and Ham - you'll receive a lovely plastic 
"skeletal design" apron at the time and one to treasure later!
2. Reheat dishes that need it
3. Put the table covers on and decorate the tables.  Physical Plant 
sets up the tables and chairs so no heavy work is required. Need only 
be able to handle some paper, tape and glitter.
4. Ice down drinks
5. Set food out on the serving tables

Post:
1. Remove the table covers and decoration so PPLant can pick up the 
tables and chairs
2. General clean-up
