IMPORTANT SHUTDOWN



Batchelor Hall, Botanic Gardens, Boyden Lab,

College Bldg North & South, Grounds & Building Services,

EH&S, Fawcett Lab,

Greenhouses 1,2a,3,18-21,51,52, Insectary, Lysimeter Bldg, Spoils Facility

Life Science 1500 & Psychology, Chapman Hall, Stored Products, Trailers 
1-15 (Surge Facility) Trailer Lot 8,

University Office Building, Upper Still House, 800MHz Building, Computing,

Spieth Hall, Steam Plant Chillers 1&2, New Entomology,  New Quarantine Bldg 
Insectary

and University Lab Building


There will be a SHUTDOWN of Electricity to the buildings listed above on 
Wednesday, September 28, 2005 from 4:00am until 8:00am. This Shutdown is a 
planned project of the Office of Design and Construction and is necessary 
to complete construction of the Biological Science Building.


PLEASE INFORM ALL PERSONS IN YOUR DEPARTMENT WHO MIGHT BE AFFECTED BY THIS 
SHUTDOWN.

If additional information is required, please contact Saul Alvarado at 
Physical Plant Electrical Dept. ext. 2-3112.

other critical microprocessor based equipment (if possible) in an effort to
