*RESCHEDULED Asphalt Maintenance – Sunday, November 23rd*



Dear Tenants,



This notice is to inform you that the asphalt maintenance being performed
by United Paving at our property has been rescheduled to *Sunday, November
23rd, starting at 7:00 a.m.* due to the forecasted rain. Please review the
updated details below to plan accordingly:



*Sealcoat Work – Saturday:*

The crew will complete the full sealcoat application on Saturday. During
this time, all asphalt areas must remain clear of vehicles and traffic
until the surface has fully cured on Sunday. No parking or driving will be
permitted on the asphalt during this period.



*Striping – Sunday:*

Striping is scheduled for Sunday. United Paving advises that all vehicles
remain off the asphalt until the striping is complete to prevent any damage
or markings. Vehicles may return to the asphalt once this work has been
finished.



*Alternative Parking:*

Concrete areas on-site will not be affected by this work and may be used
for parking company vehicles during the sealcoat process. Please note that
any vehicles parked in these areas will need to remain there until Monday.



We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete these
necessary maintenance improvements.
