I was asked to pass along a housing opportunity near UCR.  Please see the
attached document for full details.

The is for a private furnished room in a quiet residence in Riverside,
about 1.1 miles from UCR. Rent is $975 per month, including utilities. The
room includes furniture, individual AC/heater access, basic internet,
on-site washer and dryer, and street parking. The initial lease term
requested is 3–4 months, with the option to continue month-to-month
afterward.
