$1250 /month Private master-bedroom and office (personal bathroom)- TWO LEVEL HOUSE TWO MILES FROM UCR. Starting February 2025 at earliest (start-date negotiable)

What Were Looking For-

Currently this master bedroom and office are occupied by a couple working at UCR. We will be moving at the end of January and are looking for someone to sublet with the option to renew the lease in July 2025. This space is ideal for a graduate student couple / postdoctoral researcher.



The House-

Dr, Riverside CA. Our house has two living rooms, one large space with a fireplace, one small,

as well as a large sunroom. Our kitchen has two refrigerators and lots of cabinetry space. We

have a large garage that’s attached to the house where the washer and dryer are stored.

Utilities include gas, electric, water, and wifi for around $100 a month.



The Location-

This house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood across from a private golf course. It is walking

distance to the Canyon Crest Plaza which includes Ralph’s Grocery Store, Rite Aid, a gas

station, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. We are biking distance (~10 minutes) from UCR or a 5 minute car ride. Our street also has access to the Sycamore Canyon hiking trail, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.



The Roommates-

We are two (one male, one female) Botany graduate students. We are sociable but

appreciate quiet as all of us are working full time. Our days look like waking up early to drive or bike to work then coming home to cook and eat together peppered with chatting about our days. We do enjoy having friends and family over to hang out in the pool or sit by the fire pit.
