[Allgsacstudents] UC Riverside SPEAKS Graduate Student Research Traineeship – Apply Now for the Fall 2025 Cohort

We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the SPEAKS – Science to Policy Education: Activating Knowledge for Sustainable Transportation program, an NSF-funded Graduate Student Research Traineeship (NRT) at UCR. This prestigious program provides STEM-focused UCR doctoral students the opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary research, education and professional development with a focus on sustainable transportation, public policy, and environmental justice.

  *   Eligibility: Open to incoming and current UCR Ph.D. students from a range of disciplines, including engineering, social science, environmental science, and public policy.
  *   Fellowships: One-year funded fellowships available for U.S. citizens, U. S. nationals, and U.S. permanent residents. International students and students funded through other sources are welcome to participate as non-funded trainees.
