Hello,

We are currently looking for 2 female students to take over 2 contracts in a 4 bed/2 bath house. Lease ends 8/31/2025. All current occupants are graduate students.

The rooms are $540 each. One is available 12/15/2024 and the other has a flexible move-in date (preferably before January). Deposit is $600. They share a bathroom with 1 other roommate. The utilities (internet, gas, electricity, and water) are split evenly between all 4 roommates and range between $100 to $150. The living room and kitchen are furnished, and there is an in-house washer and dryer. The backyard has a garden area and patio. Parking is available in the garage, driveway, or street. Pictures available upon request.

One roommate has a cat, so must be okay with living with cats.
