Hello Everyone!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease anytime. The lease would end on July 18, 2025 (but can be extended). I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at The Hills at Quail Run, which is a less than 10 minute drive from campus. The rent is $1,290 for the master bedroom, which contains a spacious floor set-up, a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Utilities for the apartmentare split evenly (Usually ~ $100-150).

The other tenant is a graduate student at UC Riverside with a cat.

The apartment has central air conditioning and heating, a modern kitchen, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis court, and clubhouse area.
