Hello,

I am graduating this quarter and looking for someone to take over my lease starting April (move-in date negotiable).

My room is on the first floor of a 3B/3.5B house and you will have a fully furnished bedroom (bed, dresser, desk) with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom connected to the room. There is a garage for parking, you just need to negotiate with other tenants on how and where to park. It is a relatively new and clean house and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

The house is in a gated community in Canyon Crest with a communal pool and guest parking. It is also ideal for people who don't have a car as well because the bus stop and shopping center is within walking distance.
