Subject: Room for Rent Available August 2024

Hi everyone,

We have two rooms available for rent starting in August 2024 at our home in the Canyon Crest area. There will be one graduate student living here, and we are looking to fill the two empty rooms. Here is some basic information about the house:
- The house is 3 bed with 2 bath, and only 1 of the rooms will have an occupant (a fellow grad student)
- The house is 1737 sq feet, and rent is $2700 a month excluding utilities
- There is a washer & dryer in unit + 2 fridges
- Central AC & heat
- Decent backyard with several fruit trees
- One of the rooms available is the larger bedroom which comes with its own bathroom
