Subject: Looking for roommates!


Hi all,


My name is Claudia and I am a first year PhD student in the Botany and Plant Sciences department. My cohort-mate, Marco, and I are looking for 1-2 other grad students to fill a house/townhome for the 2024-2025 school year. Our budget is $800-1200 per person before utilities. We are both easy-going, quiet,  and respectful individuals looking to create a comfortable living environment.


A few things to consider:

- I have a 2 year old dog-- she is people and dog-friendly, but might not be best suited to live with cats

- We are LGBTQ+ friendly

- We're looking for a place with no more than a 15 minute commute to campus

- Our ideal move-in date would be early to mid July
