Subject: Room in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment

Hello all,

I am looking for someone (female) to move into my 2 bed 2 bath apartment located at Sonata at Canyon Crest in June. Rent is $975 plus utilities (usually around $70 a month). You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is not furnished but has an in-unit full sized washer and dryer.

There is a gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, etc located on property. It is a gated community. There is a bus stop in front of the complex and a shopping center half a mile down the hill. There are no pets allowed.

The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd) so it's quiet. I have lived here for two years and really enjoy it. Sycamore Canyon is across the street if you like to hike. The apartment also overlooks a canyon area.
