Hello,

I’m a graduate student who has roommates graduating, and am looking for others; any gender or graduate program is fine, as are groups of two or three. It’s a wonderful house in a great location, and at a very good price for students looking to save and have more space than an apartment.

Here are the details:

  *   650$/month (utilities not included, but they range from 100-150$)
  *   4 bedroom (3 share a bathroom, 1 room is a master with a bathroom, taken by me)
  *   Two rooms are available September 1, the other is available September 21
  *   4 people to the house total
  *   Room will not be furnished, but common areas are
  *   Pool! With cleaning service (and landscaping) included in rent
  *   Washer and dryer
  *   ~15 minute walk to campus, ~8 minute drive to a couple of grocery stores
  *   Small garden in the back you can plant stuff in
  *   House is clean! You do not have to worry about moving into a dirty home, as we keep a chore rotation
