$900 MASTER BEDROOM W/ PRIVATE BATHROOM, CANYON CREST AREA

Master bedroom in 2bd/2ba apartment available starting June (flexible on move-in). 1 year lease. Apartment is in Granada Pueblo Apartments<https://www.granadapuebloapartments.com/>. Bathroom is private and separate. Central AC and heat, balcony, community pool, off-street parking (uncovered). 2nd floor apartment, not ADA accessible. Apartment has great natural light and views of the Box Springs. Apartment is right next to the 16 bus stop, walking distance to Ralphs, Rite Aid, stores and restaurants, biking distance (~ 10 min) to UCR. No in-unit laundry, but on-site laundry is clean and always has plenty of washers. This is a pet friendly apartment, with no pet fee or current pets (formerly housed a cat). Entire apartment complex is non-smoking, including outside areas.

$900/month + utilities (~$80/month, electricity and high speed internet).

About me: Earth Science Grad Student, close to graduating. LGBT friendly. I enjoy cooking and prefer direct communication. Any gender welcome.
